树脂重负荷修磨砂轮是用锆刚玉和烧结刚玉作为主要原材料，用高强度改性树脂作为结合剂，同时在固化剂、增韧剂、偶联剂、阻燃剂、防老剂等有机和无机填料的作用下，经过配料、混料、热压、硬化、加工等工序精心制作而成。

该产品主要用于钢铁工业中对钢坯、钢锭、钢板表面缺陷的修磨以及钢材表面氧化层的全修磨和局部修磨。具有磨削负荷大，磨削比和磨削效率高等优点，而且极大地降低了操作者劳动强度，改善了操作环境，提高了钢材表面的修磨质量。

我们可以针对磨床参数、修磨方式、修磨对象等实际情况，提供选型、使用指导等技术服务和安全使用培训。

产品采用木箱包装，内衬塑料袋，附防潮袋和安装及安全使用说明书。便于各种方式的长途运输、装卸以及长期存放。
